Full-time – Nanny (Live in)

A warm and welcoming family based in San Francisco is seeking an exceptional, career-focused Nanny to support the care and development of their 5-month-old twin daughters. The candidate will be an English speaker and fluent in an additional language of Greek, Spanish, or French.

As a Nanny, the primary responsibilities of this role include supporting the children’s daily routines and fostering their development through engaging play, educational games, and planned activities. The successful candidate will monitor developmental milestones closely, bringing a wealth of experience and the ability to provide high-quality care and guidance with confidence. In addition to developmental support, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized children’s areas and managing their laundry needs. Outdoor play and nature exploration are integral parts of the children’s daily schedule, so a genuine appreciation for the outdoors is essential. You will thrive in a fully-staffed household, working collaboratively to ensure the highest standard of care and consistency in the children’s environment.

The ideal candidate will be a warm and caring individual, with 7+ years of experience including previous experience working with twins and children the same age.  Private household experience is essential. This is a long-term position suited to a highly experienced, nurturing, and proactive professional with a genuine passion for early childhood development and the ability to provide consistent, high-quality care in a rotational schedule.

The working schedule is 6/1 days per week. Day off to be negotiated with the family. The client may consider a 5/2 working schedule for the right candidate. Flexibility is required.

Package:
Salary $2500 – $2800 gross per week,
