Full-time English-speaking Rota Nanny/Governess required in central London for G7, £270 – £300 gross per day, Start November.
A client located in central London is seeking an active English-speaking Rota Nanny/Governess to join their family to provide care and educational support to their daughter.
As a Rota Nanny/Governess, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the child; providing a high standard of care within a nurturing environment, following an already established routine and schedule.
Additional duties will include getting the girl prepared for school, escorting her to school and collecting, assisting with their day-to-day schedule, escorting her to after-school activities, helping with school homework and encouraging independence. You will ensure all the child's belongings are in order, and generally be hands-on to assist the family to ensure all the child's needs are being met. You will ensure the child's room is kept clean and tidy, and run any errands during the day while she is at school. The family has a dog which you will be required to walk every day. Light household duties are required from time to time with taking care of the childs laundry and preparing meals for her. You will work as a team within the family home with all the staff and assist with any duties that need to be carried out while the child is at school.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a firm approach while at the same time being fun and active with the young girl. She enjoys many hobbies such as basketball, tennis, kickboxing, and being on the go. You will be required to take the young girl swimming. You should be independent, proactive, and able to undertake tasks without being managed and have a kind manner.
International travel will be required.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom provided within the family home. Preference will be given to candidates located in London, UK
The working schedule is 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, during the summer the family travels and the schedule will change to 1 month on/1 month off.
Being a confident driver essential for this role
This is a self-employed position however the client would consider offering the role as employed position for the right candidate.
