Full-time Russian-speaking Nanny required for B4, G2 & B5 months located in Marylebone, London. Salary £1300 gross per week. Live-in/out. Start 31st of August.
A recommended client relocating from New York to London is seeking an experienced, warm, and professional fluent Russian-speaking Nanny to join their household and assist in the care and development of their three children aged 4, 2, and 5 months old.
The role will involve working closely alongside a very hands-on mother, therefore the successful candidate must be confident working in partnership with parents and supporting the family’s established routines and parenting style. You will provide attentive childcare support, ensuring the children’s daily needs, routines, and wellbeing are met to a high standard.
As a Nanny, your duties will include assisting with the morning and evening routines, preparing breakfast and meals for the children, organising age-appropriate activities and play, supporting the baby’s care and routines, and accompanying the children to and from school. Additional responsibilities will include children’s laundry, keeping the children’s rooms and areas organised and tidy, and assisting with day-to-day childcare-related household tasks. You will also provide additional evening support when needed. A housekeeper is employed within the home.
The family travels regularly throughout Europe and would like the Nanny to accompany them on trips when required. Proxy parenting will also be needed occasionally.
The ideal candidate will be a nurturing, organised, and flexible individual with previous experience caring for multiple children, including newborns. Experience working within private households is highly desirable.
The working schedule will be Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, with two Saturdays per month required. Candidates must be able to accommodate occasional evening assistance to support the family’s schedule and requirements.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom and bathroom provided. Live-out candidates may also be considered if they are located within a reasonable commuting distance of the family home. Please note that accommodation will only be provided as part of the live-in arrangement and separate accommodation is not available.
Candidates must be available to attend a trial on either 6th or 7th August and be prepared to commence employment on 31st August, in line with the family’s relocation schedule.
