The Benchmark is the standard we hold for every professional we represent. It is the threshold below which we do not introduce, and the assurance our clients trust when we put our name behind a candidate.
Meeting it is not a matter of paperwork or ticked boxes. It is the recognition that you carry yourself, your craft, and your conduct in a way the work of private service genuinely asks for.
We look for experience at the senior end of private households – typically three years or more in comparable environments – and the qualifications that reflect your particular field. Beyond credentials, we look for integrity, discretion, judgement, and the kind of commitment that allows a placement to settle and last.
