The Role
Full-time English-speaking Nanny required for G20 months, located in Cannes, France. Salary €1,500–€1,650 gross per week. Live-in. Start ASAP, with a preference for a November start.
This role is only suitable for candidates holding a passport from an EU member state.
A private family based in Cannes is seeking an experienced, warm and playful Nanny to provide dedicated care for their 20-month-old daughter.
As a Nanny, you will be responsible for all aspects of the little girl’s daily care, supporting the family in establishing a more consistent routine and creating happy, engaging days around her age and stage of development.
Your duties will include preparing and offering healthy meals and snacks, supporting nap and bedtime routines, bathing, dressing, nappy changes and general nursery care. You will keep her bedroom, play areas, clothing and belongings organised and take responsibility for child-related laundry and packing.
You will plan stimulating, age-appropriate activities including reading, music, sensory and creative play, outdoor activities, walks and outings. Supporting her speech and language, independence, social development and developmental milestones through natural play and interaction will be an important part of the role.
The family is looking for someone who is playful, affectionate and genuinely enjoys engaging with toddlers, while also being confident enough to introduce structure and help establish a stronger daily routine.
The family travels regularly throughout Europe and to the USA, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling frequently and able to provide continuity of care while away.
The working schedule is Monday to Friday, 10 am–6 pm. Every other week, the working week will extend to six days, Monday to Saturday.
The clients are open to relocating a candidate and happy to provide accommodation with a private bedroom and bathroom.
Driving would be preferred but is not essential.
The family is seeking a long-term commitment, with an ideal start date in November.
