Full-time – Personal Assistant/Personal Trainer (live out)

A member of the royal family in Qatar is seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive and physically fit Personal Assistant/Personal Trainer to provide comprehensive support with their personal affairs, lifestyle management and fitness routine. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring flexibility, initiative, professionalism and the ability to support a fast-paced, international lifestyle.

As a Personal Assistant/Personal Trainer, you will combine traditional PA responsibilities with personal fitness and wellness support. You will oversee daily scheduling, lifestyle coordination, travel arrangements and general personal administration, while also planning and delivering tailored fitness sessions to support the principal’s health and fitness goals.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily calendars, appointments and scheduling, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, arranging restaurant reservations, wellness appointments and lifestyle activities, as well as assisting with personal shopping, errands, gifting and general day-to-day logistics. You will also assist with the coordination of other household staff, ensuring arrangements run smoothly and efficiently.

Alongside your PA duties, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a structured personal fitness programme. This will include planning and delivering one-to-one training sessions, monitoring progress, adapting workouts to the principal’s fitness goals and encouraging consistency and motivation. You should have a strong understanding of exercise techniques, fitness programming and general wellness, with the ability to provide a professional and engaging training experience.

You will also coordinate international travel, including flights, visas, itineraries, transfers and reservations, preparing detailed travel plans and adapting quickly to last-minute changes. Accompanying the principal on international trips will be required, ensuring continuity of both personal assistance and fitness support while travelling. Additional responsibilities will include managing personal administration and confidential documents, liaising with the Executive Assistant when required and communicating professionally with external contacts.

The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in a Personal Assistant role within a private HNW or UHNW household, alongside recognised personal training qualifications and proven experience delivering one-to-one fitness programmes. You should be exceptionally organised, physically fit, emotionally intelligent and confident managing changing priorities. A polished presentation, calm manner under pressure and absolute discretion are essential.

The working schedule will be six days on and one day off, covering approximately 10 hours per day. Flexibility will be required, particularly during periods of international travel.

This is a live-out position, suitable only for candidates already based in Qatar. No accommodation will be provided.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a PA
Recognised Personal Training qualification
Proven experience delivering one-to-one personal training sessions
Fluent English speaker
Exceptional organisational, multitasking and communication skills
Experience coordinating international travel and complex schedules
High level of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence
Well-presented, physically fit, proactive and tech-savvy
Already based in Qatar
