A client located in London is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Personal Assistant to offer top-tier support to Family office. This role requires a proactive, resourceful individual with a knack for lifestyle management and event planning.
As a Personal Assistant, you will:
- Research and suggest weekly cultural and leisure activities tailored to the family’s interests.
- Manage personal calendars, coordinate events, and handle all related logistics, including transport and special requests.
- Provide lifestyle support, including personal shopping, fashion-related tasks, and running errands.
- Stay updated on trends in art, fashion, and culture, offering relevant recommendations and planning travel itineraries across Europe.
- Oversee daily logistics for the family and child, ensuring smooth coordination with household staff.
- Maintain high standards of discretion and professionalism, proactively supporting the family’s evolving needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a PA or in a similar role with a focus on lifestyle management, event planning, and family support. They should have exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively as well as have solid knowledge of culture, art, fashion, and events.
The professional must be bilingual in English & French or English & Russian, with excellent knowledge of the London area (restaurants, art activities, events, etc.). Proficiency in using technology and various software applications for planning and organisation is required.
Professional must be able to legally reside in the UK with leave to remain status, citizenship/valid working visa.
The working schedule will be 5/2 or 6/1 up to 50 hours per week. International travel is required.
This is a live-out position with no accommodation provided. Therefore, preferences will be given to candidates already located in London.
Package:
Salary £5000 – £8000 gross per month
