Full-time – Housekeeper/Nanny (live in)

Full-time live-in Housekeeper/Nanny required in Barcelona, Spain for B1 & B5. Salary €2,000 net per month. Live-in. Long-term position. Start date ASAP

An international family based in Pedralbes, Barcelona is seeking an experienced, calm, and trustworthy Housekeeper/Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis. This is a combined role requiring a confident, organised individual who can manage both childcare and household responsibilities with discretion and independence.

The role will be a split between household duties and childcare. Responsibilities will include maintaining a well-organised home, proactively supporting the family’s daily routines, and ensuring structure and order within the household. The family has another Housekeeper/Nanny whom you will work alongside for the first few hours each day. The family is seeking someone emotionally mature, reliable, and respectful, who can work independently and integrate seamlessly into family life.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in private households as a Housekeeper/Nanny and be either a native English or native Spanish speaker. A calm, structured personality and a high level of discretion are essential for this role.

The working schedule is 5/2, with one day off at the weekend. Working hours are from 12:30 pm – 8:00 pm.

Accommodation is a private, fully independent apartment within the house, including a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, offering a clear separation between work and private life.
