The Role
Full-time English-speaking Nanny/Governess required for G7 & G4, located on the outskirts of Moscow, Russia. Salary £1000 – £1400 per week. Start ASAP.
A lovely family is seeking an English-speaking Nanny/Governess for their daughters, aged 7 & 4 years old, to care for and support them in their general development and education.
As a Nanny/Governess, you will be required to promote the girls’ development along with meeting their basic needs. You will be expected to provide educational, fun, and creative activities, undertake basic caring duties such as bathing, bedtime routines, collecting the girls from school, escorting them to after-school clubs, encouraging good behaviour at every opportunity, teaching etiquette, and being a positive role model. There are no cooking or cleaning duties.
The girls are beginners in English and need assistance in overcoming the language barrier and expanding their vocabulary. They attend a Russian school & kindergarten and have experience learning English with a native speaker. They are active, love to draw and dance, enjoy different types of activities, and frequently visit theatres, museums, and exhibitions.
The ideal candidate will have a background in childcare, relevant teaching qualifications, and experience working in private households. The candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly, able to engage the girls in a fun and relaxed manner.
The working schedule will be 5 days on / 2 days off or 6 days on / 1 day off, negotiable for the right candidate. A 40-hour working week. Saturdays and Sundays are full working days from 10 AM to 8 PM, with 3 or 4 weekdays from 4 PM to 9 PM. Flexibility is much appreciated.
The family is located on the outskirts of Moscow in Zhukovka Village. Transport will be provided from the nearest metro station or Ilinskoe platform.
This is a live-out position, ideally suitable for candidates already based in Moscow. Accommodation is not provided in Moscow but will be provided during travel periods.
International travel will be required.
