Full-time – Rota Nanny (live in)

Full-time English-speaking Rota Nanny required for twin Boys, aged 2 &G9, in Miami, Florida, USA. Salary $100,000 –  $130,000 gross per annum. Live-in, Start mid-January 2026. 



A high-profile international family is seeking an exceptional English-speaking Rota Nanny for the comprehensive care and development of their twin boys, aged 2½ . The family is based in Miami, and they are looking for a warm, nurturing, and experienced nanny who can provide stability, consistency, and a long-term commitment. The boys are active, enecgetic & creative, they have 9 years old sister, who is joining the family on weekends and holidays.


As a Nanny you provide high-quality daily care aligned with the children’s routines, educational and developmental needs, planning and engaging the boys in stimulating, age-appropriate activities, games, educational & sensory play. Support their good manners, emotional comfort & development, positive behaviour and gentle discipline. Maintaining structure and consistency within the boys’ daily schedule. Ensuring a well-organized, hygienic environment: clothing, toys, nursery, play areas.
The household is fully stuffed, Nanny will provide a mealtime support (including cooking), will assist with packing, preparing and accompanying the children during family travel. Coordinating smoothly with the family’s head of education and household team.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant childcare & teaching qualifications and at least 5 years of proven experience working as a nanny in private households with similar ages. Twin experience, ability to speak & teach Russian and knowledge of the Montessori system are highly desirable. A warm, caring, patient and proactive personality, composed and emotionally intelligent presence. Confident driver with a valid driver’s license.

The working schedule will be Rota – 7 days or 14 days on/off (negotiable), working hours from the morning until bedtime. 


Live-in role – accommodation is provided during working shifts. The boys have just started to get used to sleeping in the same room, at first you will need to stay in the room with them. Later it will be possible to stay in a separate room next to them. Separate accomodation can be provided for non-working shifts.

The preference will be given to candidates who are based in Miami or nearby.

Package:
Salary $100,000 – ​​​​​​​ $130,000 gross per annum, paid for working days only. Negotiable depending on experience & qualifications.
