Full-time – Rota Nanny (live out)

Full-time English-speaking Rota Nanny Required for B3 in Mumbai/London. Salary: £65,000 gross per annum. Live-out, 1 month on/off. Start ASAP

An Indian family with residences in Mumbai and London is seeking a professional, international nanny to support the care and development of their 3-year-old son.

As the rota nanny, you will be responsible for the child’s overall care and wellbeing, overseeing all tasks and duties related to his routine. You will take a lead role within a team of local nannies, managing his schedule, coordinating appointments, and ensuring consistency and high standards across all aspects of his daily life.

In addition to this, you will help to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which the child can thrive. Duties will include mealtimes, nap and bedtime routines, general hygiene, dressing, tidying, and acting as a positive role model.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international households, be respectful of different cultures, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You should hold relevant childcare qualifications and a valid paediatric first aid certificate and great management skills.

The family divides their time between Mumbai and London and requires a nanny who is flexible and comfortable with regular international travel.

The working schedule is 7am–7pm, 7 days per week, working one month on / one month off. Flights at the start and end of each shift are provided, along with food and access to a driver as required.

This is a live-out role, with accommodation provided in both locations.
