Full-time Rota Travel Nanny required for B4, based between London, USA, and international travel, £350 – £500 gross per day. Live out, Start ASAP
This is a live-out position and is only suitable for candidates currently based in London, with accommodation provided only during periods of travel.
A well-known returning client of the agency is seeking an experienced and professional Rota Travel Nanny to support the care and development of their 4-year-old son. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career nanny who enjoys travelling and working within a fully staffed household.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team alongside the family’s existing nannies, taking on a key role as the primary nanny accompanying the family during travel. You will ensure continuity of care, routine, and support in a variety of international settings.
Duties will include overseeing all aspects of the child’s daily care and development, supporting age-appropriate learning and play, maintaining structure and routine, and ensuring the child’s wellbeing at all times. You will liaise closely with the family’s team to support educational development and collaborate with other staff to ensure a seamless and consistent approach. Responsibilities will also include packing and preparing for travel, managing the child’s schedule, organising activities, and ensuring all needs are met both at home and whilst abroad.
The ideal candidate will be warm, engaging, and highly professional, with a flexible and adaptable approach. You will be confident travelling internationally, able to adjust to different environments, and comfortable providing 24-hour care during travel periods if required. Strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work harmoniously within a team are essential.
Previous experience working as a travel nanny within private households is essential. Candidates must be confident in managing routines across multiple locations and supporting a young child within a dynamic, international lifestyle.
The family’s main residence is in London. International travel will include the USA.
We ideally seek a candidate holding a US Passport or the right to work in the USA for ease of travel.
The working schedule when London-based will be either 4 days on/3 days off or 3 days on/4 days off, working approximately 40 hours per week. Working days in London will include a Saturday evening shift from 5:00pm to midnight. During travel periods, flexibility is required, with the ability to provide 24-hour care as needed.
The salary on offer is £350 – £500 gross per day, dependent on experience.
