Full-time SEN English-speaking Nanny/Governess required in Singapore, for 3-year-old twins salary £1600 – £1800 gross per week, Live-in, Start ASAP.
A lovely family living in Singapore is seeking an exceptional career SEN Nanny/Governess to assist in the care and development of their two children.
As a SEN Nanny/Governess, your main duties will include being responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children to encourage them to reach milestones as well as support their academic and social development. You will encourage development through engaging activities, creative play, and educational outings and provide additional support as and when needed. You will adhere to an established routine and collaborate closely with the parents and outside agencies to foster the children's growth and well-being across all areas of development. You will act as a positive role model within the household, promoting good manners and positive behavior, and maintain a calm, structured, and nurturing environment while demonstrating professionalism.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with 5+ years of previous experience working as a SEN Nanny/Governess. The young girl has developmental delays and the young boy is highly intelligent however has a lack of interest socialising with peers. Therefore having experience supporting children in the same areas would be highly beneficial to your application. The family is looking for a candidate who can also speak Mandarin, French, or Spanish as an additional language.
Please note: The SEN Nanny/Governess must be educated to a degree level due to visa requirements. Preference to be given to those holding a degree in Education or a similar field.
The working schedule will be Monday – Saturday, working 8 – 10 hours per day. The family travel and you will be required to travel with them.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom and bathroom provided within the family home.
