Temporary Nanny required for B5 and G2, located in Auckland, New Zealand. Salary: NZ$ 4,300 gross per week. Live-in. Contract dates: 28th June to 31st July (5 weeks and 6 days).
Please note: This position is only suitable for candidates currently based in New Zealand or Australia.
A warm American family residing in Auckland is seeking a confident, professional, qualified, and friendly nanny to support the mother while the father is away on an extended business trip.
As a Temporary Nanny, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day care and wellbeing of the children, working in both sole-charge and shared-care capacities. Duties will include overseeing established routines, preparing meals, assisting with bathing and dressing, supporting nap and bedtime schedules, and ensuring the children remain engaged in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
In addition to childcare responsibilities, the role will involve assisting with light housekeeping duties related to the children and occasional dog walking when required.
The ideal candidate will hold relevant childcare qualifications and have proven experience caring for children of a similar age. You will be proactive, organised, adaptable, and able to integrate seamlessly into the family home, providing reliable support throughout the placement.
The working schedule will be up to 11 hours per day.
This is a live-in position, with a private bedroom provided within the family home.
The contract will run from 28th June to 31st July (5 weeks and 6 days).
