Full-time English-speaking Nanny/Governess required in Dubai & Italy for B15 months. Salary 20,000 – 25,000 AED per month. Live-in/out. Start mid-October.
A warm and welcoming family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nanny/Governess to care for their 15-month-old son.
As a Nanny/Governess, you will support all aspects of the child’s daily care and development, bringing a wealth of knowledge to ensure he thrives at every stage. You will promote his growth through play, educational activities, reading, and social engagement, creating a nurturing environment where he can learn, explore, and engage with the world around him.
In addition to hands-on childcare, you will provide practical guidance. This role requires a warm, proactive, and collaborative approach to foster a supportive, child-centred household.
The family currently resides in Dubai but will relocate in the next 3 – 4 months to their main residence in Italy, located 30 minutes from Florence. The family will divide their time between Dubai and Italy, with the majority spent at their Italian home.
The ideal candidate will have a calm, nurturing presence, strong professional experience, and a collaborative mindset. You should be confident in implementing boundaries when necessary and have at least 5 years of experience as a Nanny/Governess. A background in child development or education is highly desirable. While a driver is not required for transporting the child, it would be advantageous for independence when off duty. A confident swimmer is essential.
The family offers a supportive and welcoming environment for the right candidate. This is a live-in role with private space on the grounds in their home, or live out for those with accommodation already in Dubai.
The working schedule is 5 days per week, 9 am – 5 pm, with flexibility to travel regularly with the family and step up to 6 days if needed.
