Full-time – Nanny (live out)

Full-time English-speaking Nanny required in Milan, Italy for two children aged B1 and B3 years. Salary: €1400 – €1600 gross per week, live-out. Start: ASAP.

A lovely British family based in Milan is seeking a kind, capable, and professional nanny to care for their two young boys.

As a nanny, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of both children, working independently and in collaboration with the parents, and adapting your approach according to the children’s ages. Duties include hygiene, changing, naps, preparing meals for the younger child and balanced meals for the older one, as well as organizing playtime, creative and educational activities, and outdoor outings.

The older child attends school daily; therefore, your main focus will be on the younger child, helping him develop, encouraging curiosity, and supporting school readiness in a structured yet nurturing environment.

The family employs a full-time housekeeper who assists with household duties, allowing the nanny to focus primarily on the children. The successful candidate will work closely with the parents and household team to ensure a warm, consistent, and stimulating daily routine. Flexibility to travel with the family during holidays or international trips is required.

The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker with a strong educational background, solid experience caring for children in this age group, and a warm, professional, and proactive approach.

This is a live-out position with no accommodation provided; therefore, being located within commuting distance is essential.

Working schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 9/10 am to 7 pm.
