Full-time English-speaking Head Nanny required in Dubai, UAE for twin boys aged 1, salary 25,000 – 40,000 AED per month, live-in or live-out, 5/2 working schedule, ASAP start.
A private household based in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced, English-speaking, trained Nanny to take a senior role within the home, supporting a growing family and their evolving needs.
The role will initially be hands-on, working closely with existing childcare support to oversee the daily care, routines, and development of twin boys aged 1, while also assisting with wider household organisation. Over time, the position will transition into a more supervisory and managerial role, particularly with the arrival of two newborns in approximately eight months.
As Head Nanny, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining clear routines, boundaries, and expectations within the household. You will act as a trusted authority figure, supervising childcare and domestic staff, and contributing to the creation of a harmonious, well-structured household that runs smoothly and efficiently. The role will involve assisting with household organisation, staff coordination and recruitment, and building a strong, professional working relationship with the principals.
The ideal candidate will be an educated Nanny, ideally holding Early Years or teaching experience, along with strong baby experience, and offering longevity in the role. The ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills, confidence in managing and guiding staff, and the capacity to uphold high standards with diplomacy and professionalism are essential. This role is ideally suited to someone composed, open-minded, grounded, and highly capable of maintaining structure, consistency, and calm within a busy family home.
The working schedule will follow a 5-day on / 2-day off pattern, offering flexibility when required to meet the household’s needs.
This position can be offered on a live-in or live-out basis, with private accommodation provided for live-in candidates.
