Full-time – Spanish-Speaking Rota Nanny (live in)

Full-time Spanish-speaking Rota Nanny required for twin boys aged 1, located on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE. Salary £80,000–£110,000 gross per annum. Live-in. Two weeks on/two weeks off rotation. Start ASAP.

A private family based on Palm Jumeirah is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Spanish-speaking career Nanny to provide dedicated care for their twin boys aged 1.

As a Rota Nanny, you will be responsible for all aspects of the boys’ daily care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, maintaining sleep routines, settling, hygiene and nursery organisation. You will confidently manage their individual needs, monitor developmental milestones and introduce stimulating, age-appropriate activities that support their physical, emotional and cognitive development. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) would be advantageous as the boys grow.

You will work alongside another Nanny, with two members of staff on duty during each shift, ensuring consistency and the highest standards of care. The household is fully staffed, and you will be expected to work collaboratively within the wider team.

The ideal candidate will be a professional Spanish-speaking career Nanny with a strong employment history demonstrating longevity in previous roles, excellent references and a genuine passion for early childhood development. You will be knowledgeable, organised, proactive and confident caring for this age range.

The working schedule is two weeks on / two weeks off, providing 24-hour care whilst on duty. This is a live-in position, with a private bedroom provided next to the children’s bedrooms.

Candidates already based in Dubai are preferred; however, flights can be provided for suitable candidates travelling from outside the city if required.
