Full-time – Mentor/PA (Live out)

Full-time PA/Mentor is required for a 20-year-old male based in Sri Lanka. Salary of £1800 gross per week, start ASAP, live out.

A family who is soon relocating to Sri Lanka for two years is seeking a warm, engaging, and enthusiastic PA/Mentor to support their son, who has OCD and ADHD. He recently completed university and now requires guidance to stay motivated and work towards his future goals.

As a PA/Mentor, your role will involve assisting him with his daily routines, social plans, exercise, and mental well-being. You will be responsible for creating a structured plan to help him stay on track and continue achieving his goals. A key part of this will include supporting his fitness journey, so having experience as a personal trainer or an interest in sports and maintaining an active lifestyle is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with OCD and ADHD and hold a degree in Psychology or similar. An interest in fitness and mental health will be crucial to help provide the right level of support.

The working schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, with two days off.

This is a live-out position with a private apartment provided
