The Role
A lovely family residing in Moscow, Russia is seeking an experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic Tutor/Governess to promote the language development of their children aged 7 & 9 years old.
The Tutor/Governess will be required to immerse them in the English language through engaging classes, educational games & interactive activities. The main focus should be on developing their communication skills and increasing their vocabulary. The Tutor/Governess will also need to promote good behaviour, be a positive role model and companion, who will motivate the children to study and explore new things. Whilst in the traveling role, the candidate will be required to supervise the children's daily routine, organise leisure activities including excursions and other recreational activities. The children are at a beginner level of English and attend a Russian school.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Tutor /Governess with relevant teaching qualifications, who has an outgoing personality. The family is sporty & active and seeks a candidate with shared values.
The schedule will be part-time for 3 months (April-June) with 2 classes per week, 2-3 hours per class. Classes to take part in the later part of the day. The exact days are negotiable. During July & August the family planning to travel, offering a full-time schedule. Working a 6/1 schedule, 8 – 10 hours per day. The family is based in central Moscow (Moskva City) and during the travel months will be in Sochi, Volgograd & Turkey. Separate accommodation is provided during times of travel.
Interviews are taking place asap. Package:
RUB 5,000 – RUB 7,000 per hour
£1200 – £1500 per week for travel
Live out position (separate accommodation provided during traveling)
Visa and flight support
5-month contract.
