Full-time – French Governess (live-out)

Full-time French-speaking Governess required for G9, located in London. Salary £66,000 – £75,000 gross per annum. Start August.

A Chinese family located in Belgravia, London, is seeking a top Governess to mentor and educate their young daughter.

As a Governess, you will manage school pick-ups, after-school routines, and the girl’s calendar, ensuring a structured and engaging environment. Your role includes planning creative and educational activities. You will promote good habits, maintain an organised space, and engage the young girl in the French language.

The young girl has a beginner level of French, and the family is seeking a French-speaking Governess to immerse her in the language in a fun and interactive way.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in similar roles and with children of this age. It is essential that the candidate is a confident driver in London.

This position is only suitable for candidates already located in London, as no accommodation is provided.

The working schedule is 5/2, with two flexible days off during the week to suit the Governess’s needs, working from 4 pm – 8 pm during the week and from 9 am – 7 pm at weekends. During the school holidays, additional hours will be required.

This is a live-out position with no accommodation provided.

The family travels from time to time, and you will be required to accompany them on their trips.
