Full-time Teacher/Governess/Governor required for Twins (B15 + G15), located in Sevenoaks, UK, from £1500 – £1700 gross per week. Live out, Start ASAP
A family located in Sevenoaks is seeking a highly experienced, qualified and professional Teacher to provide educational support to their children to achieve great results in their GCSEs.
Both the teenagers are succeeding at school but require in depth focused mentoring, tuition and support to encourage them to strive for the highest results at GCSE.
As a Teacher/Governor/Governess your main responsibility will be to support the children’s current schooling. You will provide additional tuition and plan and deliver personalised structured classes in line with the British curriculum. Mock exams take place in November for which they need to be prepared for. Both children lack focus in reading so attention to this skill will be required. You will also provide fun and engaging activities to build a great rapport with the children and use a range of skills to deliver learning and education at every opportunity.
In addition to this, you will act as an appropriate role model/mentor to the teenagers and promote good manners, teach etiquette, support attendance at extra curriculum classes and promote learning at every opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Teacher (PGCE/QTS/) with previous experience working in similar roles with good proven results in helping students achieve the very best grades at GCSE. The ability to have a firm but fun approach is required as the teenagers will be required to stay on track and motivated with their study schedule.

This is a live-out position with no accommodation provided. The family are approximately 30 minutes from London by train. Accommodation could be considered for the right candidate.
The working schedule will be from 6pm – 10pm Monday to Friday. Sunday is a full working day.
Salary from £1500 – £1700 gross per week. Higher salary only offered to those with the very best proven results.
