The Role
A lovely family located in Dubai is seeking an experienced Governess/Nanny to support the care, development, and education of their young daughter aged 3.
As a Governess/Nanny, your main duties will be to support the child’s daily routines ensuring her needs are met as well as encouraging development through educational activities, play, and extracurricular excursions. You will act as a mentor to encourage growth, learning, and development as she excels in her education. In addition, you will be required to promote good hygiene, assist with bathing, and morning and bedtime routines, prepare her for school, and undertake school drop-offs and collections.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with 3+ years of previous experience working as a Nanny/Governess with children of the same age and ideally a background in education to assist the young girl as she grows.
This is a live-in position with accommodation provided (bedroom + ensuite). The family travels regularly and you will be required to travel with them.
The working schedule will be 6/1 per week with Monday as a day off. Saturday and Sunday are working days. The working day starts around 7 am with school drop off at 8 am. Free time is given during the day and the working day commences again either at 1.30 pm or 3 pm depending on after-school activities. Bedtime is approx 8 pm. Weekends will be up to 12 hours per day. Flexibility is required and the family will consider a 5.5 working day week for the right candidate. Candidates already in Dubai with their own accommodation will also be considered. Package:
Salary: 20,000 AED – 30,000 AED per month
