Full-time English-speaking Nanny/Governess required in Dubai for B2 and B6 months. Salary 20,000–25,000 AED per month. Live-in or live-out. Start ASAP.
A warm and welcoming family in Dubai is seeking an experienced Nanny/Governess to support the care and development of their two-year-old son. The mother currently cares for the younger baby and is looking for a professional who can take the lead with the older child, offering structure, engagement, and high-quality play-based learning.
As a Nanny/Governess, you will focus on the two-year-old boy’s early development through a balance of educational, stimulating, and play-based activities. The family values outdoor adventures, hands-on play, creative exploration, and age-appropriate learning woven naturally into the day. While the role is predominantly play-focused, gentle educational input is encouraged when appropriate. The home is English and Arabic speaking.
The family employs a full-time housekeeper who manages all household cleaning and general duties. The Nanny/Governess will be responsible for light nursery-related tasks only, such as organising toys, keeping the play area tidy, and maintaining general order relating to the child.
The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic, creative, and confident working alongside a stay-at-home mother. As the mother is highly involved with the infant, the role requires someone intuitive, collaborative, and happy to take full ownership of the two-year-old’s routine, activities, and development.
The working schedule will begin when the oldest child wakes at around 7:30am; he currently goes to bed at approximately 8:30pm, with an afternoon nap. Most working hours will fall within the morning and early afternoon, although the family is still finalising the exact schedule. The role will be approximately 35 hours per week to allow for flexibility.
The family is open to both live-out candidates already based in Dubai and live-in candidates willing to relocate.
Package
• Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 AED per month
