Full-time English-speaking Nanny/Governess/PA required for a family in Dubai, UAE, supporting B3. Salary 25,000–30,000 AED per month. Live-out. Start ASAP.
A lovely private family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced, organised and flexible Nanny/Governess/PA to join their household.
The primary responsibility will be the family’s 3-year-old son, supporting his day-to-day care, education and development. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging environment, planning age-appropriate activities, supporting key developmental milestones and coordinating extracurricular activities.
There are also two older children, a girl aged 16 and a boy aged 11, and the successful candidate should be happy to assist them when required. This may include supporting their schedules, coordinating after-school activities, assisting with transportation and ensuring their day-to-day commitments run smoothly.
Alongside the childcare and Governess responsibilities, the role will include a significant Personal Assistant element. Duties will include liaising with the children’s schools, managing calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments and activities, handling day-to-day administration and running errands for the family.
The working schedule will be 6 days per week, approximately 10 hours per day. You will assist with the morning routine before school and again with after-school and evening routines. Time will be allocated during the day for PA responsibilities, with appropriate downtime provided.
Flexibility is essential, and the successful candidate should be comfortable providing occasional evening care when required.
The family travels extensively, and international travel is a significant part of this role. Destinations will include the UK, Turkey and various other international locations, with some trips lasting several weeks or even a few months. Candidates must therefore be completely comfortable with extended periods of travel and able to adapt easily to changing locations and routines. Accommodation will be provided whenever travelling with the family.
This is a live-out position in Dubai, and candidates must already be based in Dubai with their own accommodation. A confident driver with a valid driving licence is essential.

Requirements:
Fluent English-speaking Nanny/Governess/PA
Strong experience supporting toddlers and their developmental milestones
Confident providing educational and age-appropriate developmental support
Comfortable with extensive international travel and extended stays abroad
Confident driver with a valid driving licence
Already based in Dubai with own accommodation
Flexible, proactive and highly organised
Available to start ASAP
