A returning American family residing in Aspen is seeking a caring, experienced, and friendly Nanny to assist in the care of three lively children.
As the Nanny, you will be joining a very busy household and will be responsible for providing a high level of care, structure, and support to all three children. While the two boys are at school during the day, your primary focus will be caring for the youngest child, ensuring her routine, care needs, and daily activities are well supported. You will also be expected to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage her development and learning.
When the boys are home, you will provide educational support, help with homework, and create fun and stimulating activities that promote creativity, confidence, and social development. The role requires someone who can balance gentle, nurturing care for the youngest child with organised and energetic support for the older children.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Nanny who is highly experienced and confident in supporting a busy, fast-paced household. The family’s schedule can change frequently, and international travel may be arranged at very short notice, so the role requires someone calm, adaptable, and able to adjust plans quickly and efficiently.
The family is seeking someone friendly, approachable, and flexible, who can work collaboratively while also using their own initiative. The successful candidate will be reliable, comfortable travelling internationally with the family, and able to provide excellent references. A confident driver is essential.
The working schedule will be 5/2, with weekends off, working 40 hours per week. The working day begins when the children wake-up. From time to time, weekend support may be required.
This is a live-out position with a private two-bedroom apartment provided on the property.
This role is only suitable for candidates already located within the USA and legally able to work there.
