Full-time – Spanish-Speaking Rota Nanny (live out)

Full-time Spanish-speaking Rota Nanny required for twin boys aged 1, located on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE. Salary £80,000–£90,000 gross per annum, depending on experience. Live-out. Two weeks on/two weeks off rotation. Start ASAP.

A private family based on Palm Jumeirah is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced career Nanny to provide dedicated care for their twin boys aged 1.

As a Rota Nanny, you will be responsible for all aspects of the boys’ daily care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, maintaining sleep routines, settling, hygiene and nursery organisation. You will confidently manage their individual needs, monitor developmental milestones and introduce stimulating, age-appropriate activities that support their physical, emotional and cognitive development. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) would be advantageous as the boys grow.

You will work alongside another Nanny, with two members of staff on duty during each shift, ensuring consistency and the highest standards of care. The household is fully staffed, and you will be expected to work collaboratively within the wider team. No cooking duties are required.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional fluent Spanish-speaking career Nanny with extensive experience caring for babies and toddlers, ideally including maternity nanny experience. You will have a strong employment history demonstrating longevity in previous roles, excellent references and a genuine passion for early childhood development. You will be knowledgeable, organised, proactive and confident caring for this age range.

The working schedule is 8am–8pm, on a two weeks on/two weeks off rotation.

This is a live-out position, ideally suited to candidates already based in Dubai with their own accommodation.
