Full-time – House Manager (live in/out)

Full-time House Manager required in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 SAR per month. Start: ASAP

A family residing in Jeddah is seeking a professional and dedicated House Manager to oversee the running of their home and a small team of staff.

As the House Manager, you will be responsible for the overall care and management of the household. This includes coordinating, recruiting, and supervising staff, managing maintenance projects, organising events within the home, planning and arranging travel itineraries for family members, and handling general administrative tasks.

You will be expected to welcome guests and play an active role in delivering a high level of service, particularly during times of entertaining. The home is staffed with 10 team members, including housekeepers and chefs. You will act as their main point of contact, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the residence.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced House Manager who excels at overseeing and supporting household staff with confidence, diplomacy, and a calm, professional manner. Strong leadership qualities, the ability to foster a positive and respectful working environment, and a sharp eye for detail are all essential. Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, flexible attitude are also required.

Working schedule is 6/1 working up to 10 hours per day. Flexibility is essential.

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 SAR per month, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

This is a live-out position, with a private room and en-suite bathroom provided within the staff villa.
