Full-time English-speaking Governess required in Dubai for B18 months & G3 years, Salary 20,000 – 25,000 AED per month, Live-in, Start January 2026 (or earlier)
A lovely family relocating to Dubai is seeking a qualified and experienced Governess to support the care and early education of their two young children – a boy aged 18 months and a girl aged 3 years.
This is a key role focused on the children’s early development and school readiness, with a strong emphasis on creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging educational environment.
The Governess will be expected to create age-appropriate learning activities, track developmental milestones, and prepare the children for future entry into top-tier schooling environments. Some basic care duties will be required due to the children’s young ages, but this is a primarily educational-focused role.
The Governess will work closely with the family and existing household staff to ensure all aspects of the children’s well-being and development are met. A maid is employed in the home to assist with day-to-day household duties. The Governess will work collaboratively with her to create a consistent and supportive routine.
The family is currently transitioning from London, and the children are still in the UK. The ideal start date is January 2026, but an earlier start is possible for the right candidate.
Flexibility to travel with the family during school holidays or international trips is required.
The ideal candidate will be a Fluent English speaker, well-versed in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and British Curriculum. A teaching qualification or relevant child development is desired.
This is a live-in position with a private room and bathroom provided in the family home. Live out is suitable for candidates already in Dubai with their own homes.
Working schedule is 5 days on/2 days off. Working hours to be confirmed.

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 AED per month (depending on experience)
