Full-time Spanish-speaking Governess required in Dubai for B3. Salary AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month (dependent on experience). Live-out position. Start date June 2026
A warm, engaging, and professional Spanish-speaking Governess is required to support a family with their son aged 3. This role is focused on early-years education and language immersion.
As a Governess, you will be responsible for creating a fun, structured, and age-appropriate daily routine that supports the child’s cognitive, emotional, and social development, while naturally immersing him in the Spanish language. Activities should include storytelling, songs, games, creative play, outdoor exploration, and practical learning opportunities that encourage curiosity, confidence, and communication.
The ideal candidate will understand early childhood development and have a creative, calm, and kind nature. A key part of the role will be encouraging Spanish language acquisition through consistent conversation and play, while supporting early learning milestones such as speech development, motor skills, independence, and positive behaviour.
The working schedule will be Monday to Friday, working up to 40 hours per week.
The salary on offer is 20,000 – 25,000 AED per month.
The role could also be considered as a rota position.
The role would be suited to a candidate already established in the city with their own accommodation. A live-in option may be considered for the right candidate.

Fluent Spanish speaker
Proven experience as a Governess/Early Years Nanny
