The Role
Full-time English-speaking Nanny required for G15 months, located in Dubai, UAE. Salary 20,000–25,000 AED gross per month. Live-out. Start at the beginning of November.
A private family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced, warm and educationally focused Nanny to support the care, development and early learning of their 15-month-old daughter.
As a Nanny, you will be responsible for the child’s daily care and developmental progress, planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage communication, confidence and independence. You must hold an EYFS qualification and have a strong understanding of toddler development and key learning milestones.
A key focus of the role will be speech and language development, early phonics, letter and number recognition, and the foundations of early reading. Learning should be incorporated naturally through play, books, conversation, music and singing. Experience introducing Spanish to toddlers would also be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English, with clear diction and pronunciation, and a genuine passion for early childhood development. You should be warm, engaging, proactive and knowledgeable, with the ability to create a stimulating and structured environment for the child.
The working schedule will be Monday to Friday, approximately 10:00am–3:00pm, with flexibility required to work some Saturdays.
This is a live-out position, with no accommodation provided. Candidates must already be based in Dubai and have their own accommodation.

Requirements:
Fluent English- speaking with excellent pronunciation
EYFS qualification essential
Previous experience caring for children of a similar age
Confident supporting speech and language development
Experience using music and singing to support learning advantageous
Experience introducing Spanish to toddlers advantageous
Already based in Dubai with own accommodation
