Full- time – Governess (Rota) Live-out

Full-time Rota Nanny/Governess required for G4 and B6, located in London, 1 – 2 week rotation, Live-out,  £50,000 – £70,000 gross per annum. 

A Russian client is seeking a professional and experienced Nanny/Governess to assist with the upbringing, care and education of their children. 

As a Nanny/Governess you will be responsible for providing a high level of care in an engaging environment for young children. You will be responsible for meeting their daily needs and routines; wake up, dressing, mealtimes, playtime, cleanliness, health, bedtime. In addition, you will be ensuring they are reaching age-appropriate milestones, escorting them to and from school and extra activities and delivering educational and play-based activities for learning. 

Both the children attend full-time school from 9 am – 3 pm. During this time you will undertake some light household duties related to the children, keep their wardrobes in order, plan their schedules, organise activities for the weekend and ensure they are all prepared for the next day at school. 

The parents are particularly fond of Monstersorri and like their children to discover boundaries, rules and encourage self-learning at every opportunity, they are keen to find a Nanny/Governess with a similar approach.

There is a younger sibling in the household with their own nanny and you will be required to work as a team member with additional household staff. 

The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, energetic, organised, well mannered and professional. The Nanny/Governess should hold relevant childcare qualifications. Knowledge of the Russian language is beneficial. Previous private household experience in HNW families is essential. 

International travel will be involved. The family travels frequently during the year. 

This is a live-out position, and only suitable to candidates who are located in London. The family resides in Kensington.

The working schedule is negotiable and the family will consider either 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off. The working hours will be 12 hours per day from  7 am- 7 pm.

A competitive salary of £50,000- £70,000 gross per annum is on offer to the right candidate.
