The Role
Full-time Teacher/Governess required for 4 children, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, salary £1400 per week. Live in, Start 1st September.
An Arabic family located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced, qualified, and professional Teacher/ Governess to provide educational support for their 4 children aged between 7 years old and 13 years old.
As a Teacher/Governess, your main responsibilities and focus will be to support the children with their current learning at school, liaise with the teachers, plan and provide structured classes (focus on Maths, Science, and English) and provide fun and engaging activities in line with the British curriculum.
In addition to this, you will act as an appropriate role model/mentor to the children and promote good manners, teach etiquette, support attendance at extra curriculum classes, and promote learning at every opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Teacher/Governess (PGCE/QTS/) with previous experience working in similar roles with a minimum of 3 years of working in a private household.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom and bathroom provided in the family home.
The working schedule will be 6 days a week with Friday as your day off. On weekdays your working hours will cover a period of 5 hours and weekends will be longer. Hours are to be confirmed at the interview stage.
International travel is required.
