Full-time English-speaking travelling Rota Governess required for G9, located worldwide, Salary £60,000 + gross per annum. Start ASAP.
A highly recommended client is seeking a well-educated, confident, and passionate governess to assist with the home-schooling of their daughter.
The young girl travels internationally on a regular basis and has a team of governesses in place who accompany her, providing a home-schooling environment in each location following the American curriculum.
As a Governess your main responsibility will be to implement the curriculum already in place and to provide structured classes, fun and engaging activities and interactive sessions in line with the American curriculum. In addition to this, you will act as an appropriate role model/mentor as well as promote good manners, teaching etiquette and promote learning at every opportunity. You will act as a PA for the young girl, managing her schedules and ensuring her plans run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher, ideally holding an MA in education. You must have a proven track record of longevity in past roles, with strong references. Experience of working with private security is essential along with a discreet approach to your duties. The ability to work as a team is essential for this role.
The working schedule will be 2 weeks on/off or 3 weeks on/off providing assistance for up to 24 hours a day. The rota schedule will change depending on the family’s plans. Full flexibility is required. This is a live-in position with private accommodation provided.
The salary on off is £60,000 + gross per annum gross per annum and depending on the governess’s experience.
