Full-time – Chef (live out)

Full-time English-speaking Chef required in Ajman, UAE, salary 25,000 ​​​​​AED per month, live out, start ASAP.

A royal household based in Ajman, UAE is seeking a talented and health-focused Chef to join their team and cater to the culinary needs of the family and guests. The family is seeking a dedicated professional who can commit long-term and become an integral part of their home.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing daily meals, with a strong emphasis on healthy eating. The family requires meals that are free from excess oil, butter, salt, and fat, yet still delicious and satisfying. Creativity and skill in developing flavourful, nutritious meals is essential.

You will also be responsible for leading and managing a kitchen team of 20 staff members, ensuring high standards of hygiene, food quality, and team coordination. Previous leadership experience in a similar setting is required.

The role also includes oversight of pantry management, grocery shopping, managing and cleaning the kitchen, and working in collaboration with the wider household team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-end or private households and be flexible, well-presented, and professional. The family is looking for an energetic candidate who is happy to relocate and live in Ajman.

The working schedule is 10 hours a day, with 2 days off per week.

This is live-out position with a private apartment provided close to the family home.
