Full-time – Assistant Domestic Couple

Full-time Assistant domestic couple required in Lake Como, Italy, salary 4000 – 5000 Euro net per month per couple, starting ASAP.

This position is only suitable for candidates who hold passports from an EU country.

A lovely family is seeking an experienced and professional domestic couple to assist with the running of the large villa in Lake Como, Italy.

The home consists of a large villa and two smaller villas.

The family has a domestic couple in place who has been supporting the running and maintenance of the villa for the past 10 years. They are nearing retirement age and require a young dynamic couple to join the team and assist with all the duties.

Responsibilities will include cleanliness, general housekeeping and organisation, repairs and maintenance, cooking, kitchen and pantry operation, shopping, laundry management, procurement, inventory control, ground maintenance, car maintenance, driving and running errands

As a team, one member will cook and the other provide table service. The family likes home-style cooking and enjoys a variety of food including mediterranean.

The villa is not the family’s full-time residence, with most visits lasting three weeks at a time.

The ideal candidates should have previous experience working with high-profile families, be great team players with a strong work ethic, be friendly and approachable, and work in a calm and professional manner. The family seeks candidates with a hands-on and flexible approach. Speaking English, Russian and/or Italian will be beneficial to your application.

The working schedule is 6/1 with 1 day off per week, the working hours are 54 hours per week (108 combined). Flexibility is required.

This is a live-in position with a private apartment provided on the grounds.

Salary is 4000 – 5000 Euro net per month for the couple. Salary is based on the skills and experience of the couple.

Prospects of promotion are possible in the future.
