The Role
Full-time English-speaking Butler / PA required for a private household in Marbella, Spain + Travelling (Dubai, Europe, Russia). Salary €4500 to €5000 per month. Live-in / Live-out. Start ASAP.
This position is only suitable for candidates holding an EU passport.
A lovely family is seeking a experienced and professional Butler / PA to join their household and oversee the running of the family home to the highest possible standard.
As a Butler / PA, you will be responsible for the full operation of the household, managing all domestic staff, liaising with local service providers, and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards. You will act as the personal concierge to the Principal, handling day-to-day requests, managing schedules, placing orders, coordinating restaurant bookings and deliveries, and overseeing all aspects of household service. Duties will include wardrobe management, packing and unpacking for travel, and arranging transportation, itineraries, and reservations as required.
The ideal candidate will be active, energetic, discreet, polished, and highly organised, with proven extensive private household experience. Strong leadership qualities, the ability to foster a positive and respectful working environment, and a sharp eye for detail are essential. Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, flexible attitude are also required.
The ability to speak Russian & English essential.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate to become a key part of a well-established household team.
The working schedule is 6 days on / 1 day off, 10 hours per day. A rota schedule of 30 days on / 30 days off is negotiable.
The family is currently based in Marbella, Spain but travel frequently (Dubai, Europe, Russia) and the Butler / PA will be required to accompany them during travel.
This is a live-in position, with a private room provided within the client’s villa. For candidates already based in Marbella with their own accommodation, a live-out arrangement can be discussed.
