Full-time – Butler

Full-time Butler required for gentlemen in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, salary from £3,500 – £7,000 per month, start ASAP.

A High Profile businessman based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan is looking for a highly organised Butler to handle all butler responsibilities within the home. 

As a Butler you will be responsible for baggage duties (packing and unpacking), front of house service, meeting and greeting guests, serving food and drinks and providing a personal food service to the client, being attentive to his every need during each meal and providing table service (formal and informal). You will work with the stylist and ensure the luxury clothes and shoes are taken care of and ready for each day and keep a good order of all personal accessories. 

You will be proactive and be highly organised to always be one step ahead of the gentleman, ensuring the care and security are ready for his departure from the home and arrival later in the day. You will assist with diary management, booking appointments and ensuring preparation is made for professionals attending the home such as masseurs and personal coaches. 

The family seeks candidates, who work to British standards, have a good eye for detail, are attentive, energetic and who are presented well and remain professional at all times. 

The ideal candidate should have previous Butler experience from well-established hotels or high profile households, be familiar with the high standards expected as well as having a good understanding of boundaries within private households. A knowledge of silver service with excellent table service is required. 

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organisational, and management skills with the ability to multitask.  Formal Butler/management qualifications are preferred although not essential. 

The working schedule will be 6 days on/1 day off.

The family seeks to appoint two candidates. The working schedule will be either from 8am – 5pm or 4pm – end of day. 

For candidates working on the day shift, they may attend the office with the client and assist with errands.

Travel may be required. 

This is a live-out position with a private apartment located on the family grounds or a separate apartment close to the family home.
