Full-time – Director of Studies (live in/out)

Full-time Director of studies required for a Language centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia  salary £5000 – £6000 per month, start ASAP

A private language centre in Riyadh is requiring an experienced English-speaking Director of Studies to oversee the centre and manage the team of teachers in place.

As a Director of Studies, you will be required to work as the general director where you will develop and implement a curriculum and teaching material, assess all the processes in place, make recommendations for improvements and participate in their implementation.

In addition to this you will be required to provide guidance, leadership, and direction to all the teachers through training, staff meetings, observations, professional development sessions, conducting formal and informal observations providing constructive feedback.

The ideal Director of Studies must be proactive, have well-developed leadership skills and have strong interpersonal skills. The candidate will be a qualified Teacher with experience of working in schools and language centres, be self-motivated, driven, organised and a natural team leader.

The working schedule will be 5 days a week working from 8.30 am – 2.30 pm.

This is a live-in or live-out position. Accommodation can be provided on campus, or assistance can be provided to source your own accommodation close by.

The salary is £5000 – £6000 per month tax-free, negotiable for the right candidate.
