Full-time – Domestic Couple (live in)

Full-time domestic couple required for a family located just outside Oxford, UK. Live-in salary £80,000 – £95,000 per annum/ shared per couple. Start ASAP.

A family located in a small village, 25 minutes from Oxford is seeking a professional, friendly, and experienced Domestic Couple to assist with the organisation of their family home and childcare support.

Housekeeper/Nanny – As a Housekeeper/Nanny, you will be required to undertake all tasks related to the upkeep of the family home. This includes cleaning all rooms in the house, vacuuming, mopping floors, making beds, changing linen, washing clothes, and shopping for household items. Additionally, you will be required to provide support for the three children, helping them with their daily routines and ensuring they have all they need to thrive.

Driver/Groundsman – As a Driver/Groundsman, you will be responsible for driving the children to and from school, activities, and appointments, driving the mother as needed, running errands, and maintaining the cleanliness of the cars and garage. You will also be responsible for any repairs on the property and managing the family’s grounds.

Both candidates should be experienced in their field, professional, caring, and warm individuals who will fit into the family and be great team players. The Domestic Couple should be energetic, active, hardworking, healthy, and able to work under pressure and in busy environments.

You should have excellent organisational and time management skills, be friendly and approachable in your approach, and carry out work in a calm and professional manner. The family seeks candidates with a hands-on and flexible approach. The working schedule is 5 days on/2 days off, with Sunday and Monday off.

This is a live-in position with a private cottage provided on the family grounds.

Both positions are only suitable to couples who already have the right to work in the UK
