The Role
Full-time English-speaking Governess required for G1, B4 and G7, located in Dubai, UAE. Salary 20,000–25,000 AED per month, live-out, start ASAP.
A British family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced, educated Governess to support the care and educational development of their three children.
The role is divided between school and preschool-aged children. The eldest girl will require support with her studies and ongoing academic development. The younger children will benefit from educational activities that encourage learning through play and support their early years development.
As a Governess, you will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities, supporting homework and school projects, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. You will encourage the children’s academic, social, and emotional development while helping them build confidence and independence.
The family is seeking a qualified teacher or experienced Governess with a genuine passion for education and child development. You will play a key role in supporting the children’s learning and helping them reach their full potential.
The working schedule will be Monday – Friday, working from 3 pm until bedtime, approximately 8 pm.
The position is live-out; therefore, candidates must already be based in Dubai or have their own accommodation arrangements in place.
The family travels during the summer months, and you will be required to accompany them when needed.
Salary 20,000–25,000 AED per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
Qualified teacher or experienced Governess
Previous private household experience preferred
Strong background in early years and primary education
Friendly, engaging, and proactive personality
Already based in Dubai or with accommodation arranged
