Full-time English-speaking Governess required for G7 & B5, located on the outskirts of Moscow, Russia. Salary £1200 – £1400 per week. Start ASAP.
A returning family is seeking a professional and experienced English-speaking Governess for their children G7 & B5 to assist in their learning and development.
As a Governess, you will be required to immerse the children in the English language through structured and planned games, activities, and play. You will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children with routines and offer learning at every opportunity. The focus should be made on developing their reading, writing, counting and communication skills. The children already have experience of learning the English language with English speakers. Their native language is Russian, they are also learning French & Chinese.
The ideal candidate will have relevant teaching qualifications and experience working with this age range in private households. A solid understanding of early years and primary education is required. The candidate will be an enthusiastic, friendly & flexible professional teacher, who is able to engage the children in a fun and relaxed manner. A full team of teachers are in place to support the children’s development, so the candidate has to be a great team player.
The working schedule will be 5.5 days on / 1.5 days off, approximately 6 – 8 hours per day.The exact working hours will depend on the children’s schedules, flexibility is required. Rota schedule is also negotiable for the right candidate.
The family is located on the outskirts of Moscow (Barvikha area). The family will cover taxi costs from Kuntsevskaya metro station for candidates who are already based in Moscow.
This is a live-out position with a separate apartment provided.
The salary on offer is £1200 – £1400 per week and is negotiable depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate.
