Full-time – Head Governess (live in/out)

Full-time English-speaking Governess required for Twins Aged 3, located in London and relocating to Dubai, salary £1350 – £1575 per week. Start ASAP.

A recommended Indian family is in search of an intelligent, hard-working, and passionate Head Nanny/Governess to assist in the education and development of their twin boys and oversee a team of Nannies. 

As a Head Governess, you will be required to take the lead on the children’s upbringing, education and general development. You will create and deliver activities and promote learning at all possible opportunities. You will be required to oversee the other nannies and staff working with the children, offering them assistance and guidance where needed. In addition, you will be required to liaise with schools, and other household staff to ensure the young children are raised to the highest possible standards, promoting good behaviour and etiquette. 

Both boys are developing well and reaching age-appropriate milestones. One child has a speech delay and received additional support. You will ensure the advice and guidance from external professionals are implemented to achieve the best possible results. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head Governess, Holding relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE/QTS) with extensive experience of working with children of this age. Previous experience of working in private households is desirable. Being presentable, respectful and professional is the key to success in this role along with good management and people skills. The family is ideally looking for a candidate to be a great role model for the children and team in place, taking a lead on all childcare matters.  
 
The working schedule will be Monday – Friday working from 9am – 6pm daily. 

The family currently resides in London but will relocate back to Dubai in November, the candidate must be willing to relocate. 

Interviews and trials will be taking place as soon as possible. 

Start date could be November for those already located in Dubai.

This is a live-in/out role. Accommodation on offer can be discussed.
