The Role
Full-Time English-speaking Junior Governess required for G4 located in Istanbul, Turkey, €1000 per week (live in/out), start ASAP.
A family residing in Istanbul is searching for a professional, friendly, fun Governess to work with their young daughter aged 4.
As a Governess, you will be required to develop the girl’s English language abilities and general education through interactive games, play and structured activities. You will work independently to promote learning at every opportunity and immerse the young girl in the English language.
The girl will be starting school in September, you will be required to take her to school each day and collect her. Assisting with any homework and liaising with school teachers to ensure she is achieving well.
The ideal candidate will be an English-speaking Junior Governess with relevant childcare and/or education qualifications. Previous experience working within a private household is desirable.
The working schedule is 5/2, working up to 10 hours per day. The days off are to be discussed during the interview stage.
This is a live in/out position with a private bedroom provided within the family home. The family are happy for the Governess to live out if they are already located in Istanbul.
The family are currently on holiday in Bodrum, where the contract will commence.
