Full-time Mandarin-speaking Governor required for B9, located in Knightsbridge, London, salary £1300 gross per week, start ASAP
A Spanish family residing in London is seeking a positive, playful and committed Governor to work with their 9-year-old son.
The boy speaks 4 languages (Spanish, English, Chinese and French). He has a native level of Mandarin as he has been exposed to the language since he was born. As a Governor your role will be to educate the boy and act as a positive role model while communicating in the Mandarin language.
The ideal candidate will be an educated Governor who is fluent in Mandarin. You should be able to build a great rapport with the child, be an honest, flexible, hard-working, discreet individual who is strict but fun and positive with a love for travel. You will be responsible for the boy’s schedules and will act as a PA for him and sometimes offer assistance to the mother.
The working schedule is 5 days per week, working from Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. The exact hours will be discussed at the interview stage, but will mainly be afternoons and evenings during term time.
This is a live-out or live-in position, with a private room provided in the family home or for candidates already located in the city with their own accommodation.
The role is only suitable for candidates legally able to work in the UK.
Salary £1300 gross per week.
The family travels often and the Governor will be required to travel with the family.
