Full-time – Nanny/Governess (live out)

Full-time English-speaking Nanny/Governess required for B3 & B7, located in Sochi, Russia, €1300 per week, Live-out. Start ASAP

A returning Russian family located in a ski resort is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and educated Nanny/Governess to provide their boys with daily care, educational support and to develop their English skills.

As a Nanny/Governess, you will be required to provide a high level of care to the boys, promote their development with play-based learning and introduce the English language. You will meet their daily needs and routines including supervising mealtimes, dressing, changing, bathing and ensuring they are reaching age-appropriate milestones. You will also accompany them to additional activities and walks.

Both boys are beginners with the English language, the oldest attends kindergarten daily and additional sports activities. The boys have two older sister G14 who is very busy and independent, from time to time, you may be required to include her in activities and provide English classes.

The client may require classes herself once a week, depending on her schedule.

The ideal candidate will have relevant childcare and teaching qualifications, with previous experience working with young children in fully staffed households. You will be friendly, energetic & professional as well as confident in building strong relationships and rapport to support and care for the children. The ability to speak & teach an additional language would be beneficial.

The working schedule will be 5 days on / 2 days off or 6 days on / 1 day off. Days off will be provided during the week, weekends working, working up to 10-12 hours a day. A higher salary is on offer for a 6/1 working schedule.

During travel, the schedule will be 24/7 and double pay will be offered during these times, therefore flexibility is expected.

The family employ a Russian nanny who you will work alongside daily, being able to work as a team is essential for this role.

This is a live-out position with a separate studio apartment provided on the family grounds, during time off you will be able to enjoy the beautiful ski resort where the family are located.
