Full-time English-speaking Nanny required in New York and Ibiza, B4 & G8, salary £5000 gross per month, live in, start ASAP.
A Russian/American family is seeking an educated, kind and caring Nanny to take care of their two children.
As a Nanny, you will be required to meet all of the daily needs of the young children. You will be responsible for providing a high level of care and ensuring they are meeting all their developmental milestones as well as progressing educationally.
Duties will include getting the children up and prepared for the school day, including breakfast, dressing and escorting them to school. After school, you will be responsible for collecting the children, escorting them to after-school activities, supporting any homework/academic needs and providing interactive classes, play and games to promote language development. You will take care of the children into the evening with mealtimes, cleanliness and bedtime duties. During the school holidays, you will create an exciting array of activities to encourage and promote development. Occasionally light household duties may be required.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and/or hold relevant childcare qualifications with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in private households. The Nanny should be confident, calm in their approach, able to act like a big sister yet confident to implement and promote positive behaviour. The ability to teach Spanish and or French is preferred.
The working schedule is 5 days per week (Monday – Friday), working from wake up to bedtime with time off provided during the day when the children are at school ( 9 am – 3 pm). Flexibility is required to assist at the weekends.
The family travels intensively. They spend at least three months over the summer in their home in Ibiza, as well as other destinations throughout the year in Europe and worldwide, they also have a yacht. The Nanny must be flexible in their approach to working in different locations.
This is a live-in position with a separate bedroom provided in the family home.
The salary on offer is £5000 gross per month.
The nanny must hold a valid drivers licence and be fully vaccinated.
The role is to commence ASAP in Ibiza, with the aim of the nanny continuing on to New York.
