Full-time – Nanny (live out)

Full-time Nanny required for B1, located in Puerto Rico + France, Salary $80,000 – $95,000 per annum, Live out, 6/1 working scheduled, start ASAP

Our Clients, who have become new parents in the last year are seeking two nannies to join their team who are energetic, flexible and passionate to assist with the daily care and development of their one year old son.  

The family is usually based between Puerto Rico and Chamonix wit regular international travel.

As a Nanny, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the child, providing a high standard of care, and ensuring all age-appropriate milestones are met. You will provide a range of engaging play and activities, take the child to classes, and create an environment where the young child can thrive.

The young child is engaging, on a good schedule and happy.

The parents like to be involved and when the opportunities arise the parents will take care of their baby. Often spending time during the day with their child and again after work.

The family home is peaceful, calm, happy, and low stress and they seek a candidate who can transition into their home environment with the same approach and outlook.

They are looking to form long-lasting relationships with their nannies who will travel and support their growing family. It is likely the clients will have a second child next year. Experience with newborns is therefore beneficial. 

The ideal candidates will hold relevant childcare qualifications, have previous experience of working in private households, be committed to the role, have a flexible approach, and adapt to the different working locations. Experience in working with babies to be able to care for new siblings is important. The family lives a healthy lifestyle and a candidate with the same outlook is required. Being a confident driver is required. Ability to cook healthy meals for the family is also required.

The working schedule will be 6 days on/1 days off and this will change to 5/2 once the full team is in place.  

The core working hours will be from 6.15 am – 5.30pm with the flexibility to cover up to 10 pm if occasionally required. You will provide 24 hour care during times of travel and be on call to the child during the night depending on the location. You will also be required to provide proxy parenting at least once a month (one weekend) when the parents travel alone.

This is a live-out position with a private (shared with nanny) 4 bedroom villa provided. Due to varied travel locations, there may be times when you need to share a room with the children.

The salary on offer is $80000 – $95000 per annum, as a W2 employee and is negotiable for the right candidate.
