Full-time – Rota Governess (live in)

Full-time Spanish or French-speaking rota Governess required for three boys aged 3, 4 & 5, located in St Tropez and Vancouver, daily rate £300  per day 4/3 schedule, Live-in, Start ASAP

A Canadian/Chinese family who is currently located in St Tropez is seeking an experienced Spanish or French-speaking rota Governess to join their family and educate their three boys. The family normally resides in Vancouver, they will be leaving St Tropez in December and returning to Vancouver where the candidate will continue their duties for the rest of the contract.

As a Governess, you will be required to work alongside the team of three nannies and tutors in place to provide a full and enhanced education program to the young boys. You will be required to act as a positive role model, promote independence, and ensure the boys are learning at every opportunity in a fun way. You will plan and organise classes and deliver them through interactive ways, ensuring the children are being supported with any current schooling and preparing the younger children for school in the future. 

The ideal candidate will be an established governess with 4 years of experience in similar roles, holding a PGCE/QTS/MA or equivalent is essential for this role, along with being confident in tutoring and mentoring to this age range in Spanish or French. Previous experience of working with a team of nannies is beneficial. Speaking Spanish or French is essential for this role.

The daily rate of £300 per day is on offer, paid only for the days working.

The working schedule will be 4 days on with 3 days off, working up to 10 hours per day.
 
The position will commence in St Tropez and resume in Vancouver, the family will provide visa support for Vancouver if required.

This is a live-in position with a private bedroom provided within the family home, an external apartment may be provided for time off.

The family travels often and spends a lot of time on their Yacht.
