Full-time Portuguese-speaking Rota Nanny required G1, B5 & B6, located in Knightsbridge, London, Salary £300 per day, Live in. Rota (flexible).
A returning client is seeking a professional, caring and energetic Portuguese-speaking Nanny to assist with the daily care and development of their three children.
As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing all the care duties of the children, meeting the daily needs/routines; providing a high standard of care in bathing, feeding, bedtimes dressing and ensuring they are reaching all age-appropriate milestones, escorting them to and from activities and creating a fun learning environment for them to thrive.
The two older children attend a nearby school. You will assist with getting them ready for school before focusing your time on the younger girl.
Additional duties will include laundry, ironing, maintaining the children’s areas and keeping their belongings in order.
The ideal candidates will hold relevant childcare qualifications, have previous experience working in private households, be fun and able to hold the children’s attention. Experience in working in the early years is required and working with this age range is essential. A fluent Portuguese speaker is required.
The working schedule will be on rotation and the shift pattern is negotiable. You will be required to provide 24-hour cover as and when needed and hold the baby monitor over night. The children have a good routine and sleep through the night. The typical day starts at 6.30 am to wake up and the children are usually in bed by 8 pm.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom provided in a separate wing of the house, shared with G1.
The salary on offer is £300 per day, negotiable for the right candidate. Paid only for working days. Self employed role.
Accommodation is only provided for the working days. Travel experiences will be paid for at the start and end of each shift if necessary.
Start date: November 2023
The family is open to a 5/2 schedule and live out if preferred.
